My Repose Yoga

I am a 500 hour yoga teacher with an additional 200 hour Vinyasa training. I have completed Therapeutic, Mom and baby, and children's, Prenatal, Restorative, Thai massage, Power, Fitness, Chakra, and Ayurvedic Yoga, Chair yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Partner Yoga workshops. In addition to teaching in my home studio, I also currently teach at Fountain of Youth Yoga and Pure Pilates, both in downtown Whitby, and at The Colonial Retirement home teaching Chair yoga.
