We are a hot yoga studio and environmentally conscious. Anyone can come and try it! Totally accessible to all body types, all levels of flexibility and fitness.
We also offer non heated classes - ashtanga, vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga.
We are the most established hot studio north of Toronto, with over 8 years experience and a wonderful community of experienced, certified yoga instructors.
