Koreans believe that food could be either medicine or poison which translates into the choice of ingredients and the way they are prepared. I share this value and make my food as natural as possible. I love my grandmother’s recipes and do not use any ingredients she wouldn’t know about.
My mission is to make wholesome food that has nourished and sustained our nation for thousands of years and adapting bring these traditions to you.
INGREDIENTS:
My kitchen is free of MSG, GMO, Antibiotics and Hormones. Whenever possible I choose organic and/or locally grown produce, wild caught fish and seafood. And always organic flour, organic sugar, organic soy sauce and sea salt.
