�Our Policies
Sanitation
� Proper sanitation is the utmost importance here at Natural Nails and Spa. All metal implements are sterilized and sealed in a pouch until next use.
� Our Pedicure chairs comes with the latest sanitary technology. Cleanliness is insured for each and every client.
� Every pedicure service has an additional charge of $1 for a personal pumice bar and file.
Etiquette
� Out of consideration for other clients and a total relaxation, please mute/vibrate cell phones and keep all phone calls to a minimum.
Appointments
� We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your schedule to allow plenty of time to park your car and avoid traffic.
� If you are running late for your schedule appointment please call us and we will hold for 15 minutes, after that time we consider a "NO SHOW" and have to reschedule for your next convenient time.

� Inform our friendly staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before the receiving any service.
� Inform the Salon manager if you have any concern relating to our service.
� If your nails become scratched or misshaped we will fix them with no extra charge if you notify us within 24 hours of the service.
� We will not be responsible for any breaking, lifting or infected nails.
� Re-fills over 24 hours notice will be charged an extra fee.
� If you damage the original design a charge will apply for repairs.
� We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
� We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. Our goal is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
� As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails or pedicure.
Gratuity
� If possible, we gratefully accept CASH or DEBIT CARD for gratuity.
