Nepean BMX

BMX Racing (bicycle motocross) has been around since the early '70s. It was invented by kids for kids, who were emulating their motocross heroes by using their bicycles. The sport quickly gained popularity over the years and which ultimately became an Olympic sport in 2008. This sport provides people of all ages a positive activity, which promotes competition and good sportsmanship. BMX is an individual sport which involves the entire family. In BMX “No One Sits on the Bench”! Riders compete not only by age but also by proficiency, allowing participants to race others who are of like age and skill level.
