On your birthing journey, every woman deserves to have the best possible professional support. As your doula, I come alongside to help you discover what is important to you for birthing care. I listen carefully to what wishes and concerns you have for birth. I will be with you prenatally to meet, educate, resource and acquaint you with options as I assist you in creating your birth plan. During your birth I bring continual care through emotional support, physical relief and comfort measures and consistent knowledgeable assistance. I will stay with you immediately after your baby is born to help you during postnatal transition. I also provide breastfeeding education and support. ~ Adrienne CD(DONA), LCCE
