New Circles Community Services

New Circles offers an integrated program model that focuses on clothing, social programs and employment training for low-income residents of Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park, Victoria Village and Taylor-Massey, as well as emergency relief city-wide to individuals in need of clothing. We operate the largest clothing bank in Toronto - GLOW (Gently Loved Outfits to Wear) - which offers free, gently worn clothing to men, women, teens and children. Our programs focus on helping our clients successfully transition to social inclusion and economic stability.
