New Victorian Homes

New Victorian Homes was founded in 1992 by Dieter Staubitzer and his wife Tina. Since that first project, we have been steadily building homes with exceptional craftsmanship and forging strong relationships. That blueprint has helped us become one of Newfoundland and Labrador's largest and most trusted home construction companies.
Today, over 2,000 families live in homes built by New Victorian Homes, and that number continues to grow. The name may say "Victorian," but as can be seen in our designs, the emphasis is on giving customers the homes that they want, whatever style that might be.
