Biography
Nicola is a registered massage therapist, who graduated from ICT Northumberland College Halifax in 2014. Nicola came to Nova Scotia 4 years, after living in the UK and working as a social worker for several years. Throughout her life, she has worked towards enabling people in their search for balance, wellbeing and good health.

As a massage therapist, Nicola provides a broad range of techniques such as general swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial and stretching techniques as well as trigger point therapy. Nicola will utilize a variety of these techniques to customize your massage therapy experience.

She is an empathetic and holistically minded massage therapist, who believes in enabling individuals towards an empowered approach to their health and well being.
