Nicole Bell, Registered Massage Therapist

I attended Sir Sandford Fleming College for a 3 year massage therapy program and graduated in June 2014. I obtained my registration license with CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) in July 2014. During my years in school and in practice, I have had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of clients. Working with many different types of athletes; pro hockey and lacrosse players, tri-athletes, crossfitters, marathon runners, and competitive dancers. I also have additional knowledge with prenatal, infant and pediatric massage. Having the opportunity to treat people with many different needs has made me into a versatile therapist.

I create individualized treatment plans specific to each clients needs that specialize in re-conditioning and prevention of musculoskeletal and soft tissue impairments and injuries.
