In 2013, our club celebrated its 70th anniversary, making us one of the longest serving 4-H clubs in PEI still in operation. In 1973 our club purchased its own clubhouse, the old Kingston School (1844). The clubhouse was first renovated in 1985 and at least twice since then and still serves as our clubhouse today. Our club grew over the years as smaller clubs in the area closed (Clyde River Sewing, Hampshire, Cornwall, Kingston, North Tryon, York Point, New Haven and North Wiltshire) and their members came on with us. We are one of the largest 4-H clubs in the province with about 60 members and we enjoy the support of approximately 15 leaders.
