My name is Monica and I am a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Reiki Master, Electro Dermal Practitioner, Bach Flower Remedy Consultant and a Lifestyle Educator.

Specializing in Digestive Issues, Nutrition, Stress and Balancing the body.

I use Nutrition Counselling, Reiki, EAV, Flower Remedies and Lifestyle Education to balance the body, mind and spirit for optimum health.
I also use elixers, essences and the very best supplements to support the healing process. As well as excellent nutrition support.
There is a connection between our physical and emotional health.
I help to balance both the physical and emotional component to bring the body back into balance.
This allows the body to do what it naturally does, heal.
When there are blockages in the body, the body cannot heal.
By helping the body clear blockages, physically and emotionally ,and excellent nutritional support, the body regains the proper flow and the body can heal.

My journey began with a traditional diagnosis of tumours on the inside and outside of my uterus, one being the size of a large egg.
The options that were presented to me were barbaric to say the least.
I left the doctors office determined to find an alternative solution.
I worked on the physical aspect , with healing foods, healing herbs and supplements, as well as the emotional aspect.
I addressed both the physical manifestation of the tumours with herbs, and cleared the energy blockage so the natural flow within my body was restored.
Six months later, the tumours were gone, and I had an ultrasound from a doctor to confirm this.

Since then I have helped many individuals on their healing journey.
