Now n Zen Wellness Centre and Yoga Studio offers yoga classes such as Chair Yoga, Flow, Yin Restorative, and Hatha taught by Samantha Sambrooke, Cynthia Dennis, and Jamie Berry. Instructors can provide private yoga classes for you or a group. Now n Zen also offers multiple types of massage therapy by Christie Richardson such as Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Hot Stone, and body work such as Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Indian Head Massage by Abi Totty. Abi is a classically trained Homeopath (4 year program) and Doula from the UK. Osteopathic services are offered through Nathalie Vendrys at Statera East Coast Osteopathy along with personal training and fitness conditioning by Daniel Mondor. Angel card readings are a new service at the clinic by medium Jennifer Florence. Registered counselling is available as well by Cathy Ada. Along with our Wellness Centre we also have a full coffee and tea house with eclectic gifts.
