Larry Nelson & family moved to Fort McMurray in 1972. Larry was an installer who quickly had to hire extra installers to service a very rapid growing community. In 1984 Larry, along with his daughter Suzette & a few months later, Melanie opened up a retail floor covering outlet that is now "Nufloors". Today we have 12 employees & approx 15 sub-contractors that work for our store. We feel very fortunate to be the "go to" store for floor covering in one of the most rapidly growing communities in the country. We are very proud of the good reputation & client base that we have achieved through hard work & good service over the years.
