A little info about me. I've been a licensed Realtor since 2004. Purchasing my first home at 18, then renovating it to continue to the next project. In 2006 I bought a lot in the Middleton area and built a custom home. I understand what it is to be a Home Owner and appreciate the "sweat equity" we all put into our homes. I know how it feel's to need to get the value out of the home that's selling. I walk Buyer's through homes regularly, listening to what they want. A few key area's will receive the most attention from potential Buyers. Getting your property marketable to the right Buyer, for a profitable sale, is key. I also have allot of experience in foreclosure sales. It's been over 10 years in the business and I still get excited discussing the potential in properties.
