ONE Movement is a Professional Dance Company and a full Dance Centre.
We offer Bully Prevention Presentations to Elementary and Secondary schools using different styles of dance, interactive movement activities and media to send a message about bullying, self esteem and mental health.
Our Dance Centre offers dancers age 2 and up both Recreational and Full Time Programs focused on building Confidence. Performance. Technique and Community.
