Online Therapy USER

The Online Therapy Unit allows trained therapists to provide Online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (Online-CBT) to residents of Saskatchewan who have difficulties with depression, anxiety, and/or panic. The Unit also provides education and training to diverse health professionals and students on how to deliver services online. This unit is also responsible for conducting research on how to best train therapists and deliver online-CBT in Saskatchewan.

Currently, We are offering the Wellbeing Course. The Wellbeing course consists of 5 online lessons to be completed over an eight week period. During the 8 week course you will have a therapist assigned to you that will log into the system once a week to respond to your messages and offer support and encouragement as you work through the materials. The Wellbeing course has been created by the eCentre clinic in Sydney Australia where the course has been shown to be very effective. The Wellbeing course is being provided to Saskatchewan residents free of charge as part of a research partnership with the eCentre clinic.
