Ontario Wealth Management Corporation ("Owemanco") originates and administers loans secured by mortgages. We are a professional private lender with a unique expertise at analyzing equity-based mortgages.

In 2010 we expanded our operations into the United States and today our U.S operations constitute 25% of our portfolio.

Our Lending ParametersI

• Loan- to-Value: up to 65% of purchase price or appraised value
• Loan Size: $200,000 - $8,000,000
• Short-Term: 1 to 2 years with flexible prepayment privileges
• Equity-Based: transactions assessed on value and liquidity of underlying real estate with minimal emphasis on the covenant of the borrower
• Fees: 1.5% to 3% (assessed on a case-by-case basis) plus fees to referring source

Owemanco is licensed with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as a Mortgage Brokerage (Lic. 10506) and a Mortgage Administrator (FSCO Lic. 11758) and with the Ontario Securities Commission as an Exempt Market Dealer.
