Patricia Paladino, Registered Massage Therapist

I graduated from York University in 2000 with a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences and completed my studies in Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2002. I am also certified in Prenatal and Infant Massage, as well as Acupressure.

My philosophy of treatment is to provide care that is respectful and responsive to my patient’s individual preferences, needs and values.

I practice Swedish massage and incorporate Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy and Stretching in my treatments. I specialize in, but not limited to, pregnancy massage, TMJ and back, neck and shoulder injuries.

In addition to Massage Therapy, I am a graduate of York University’s Faculty of Education program with my teachable subjects in Intermediate/Senior Science, Biology and Health & Physical Education.
