I am a simple, small town country girl.

I am married to an awesome man (he's my rock), and am a fur-mommy to three mischievious poochies. I feel at home in beautiful Southern Alberta where we call Okotoks home. We spend as much time as possible exploring, fishing, and camping in the great outdoors.

I don't recall a time in my life where I haven't owned a dog (or two) and have always had a soft spot for animals. For me, pets are a member of the family, and offer a sense of unconditional love and loyalty. A few years ago I wanted to find a way to incorporate my love for animals into my professional life, and found that in pet photography.

I received my Diploma in Professional Photography from the Photography Institute in 2014. Since graduating, I take every opportunity to learn and develop my skills by reading books, following blogs, tutorials, and of course taking my camera with me everywhere I go!

As a lifestyle photographer, I have the privilege of capturing photos of pets (and families) in the natural settings of their "everyday life". I love this genre of photography, it is natural, comfortable, intimate and a lot of fun!
