Our Story

PBX Planet was first thought about sometime around 2014 when I was sitting around making a website for a client. The client was in need of a phone provider so I did some research and discovered Hosted PBX systems. I did some work putting together Auto Dialers and configuring various PBX software and constantly learning new things about the systems. I quickly discovered that Cloud business communications help free people to work the way they want. I decided then that I to wanted to deliver state of the art cloud infrastructure and in December 2015 PBX Planet was born.
Since then we have been focused on customer satisfaction and creating the best possible PBX system possible. We offer not just office based PBX services but we’ve recently expanded to allowing Call Centre Traffic through the system. We have moved quickly into other various areas such as custom Auto Attendant recordings as well as customized Hold Music and Advertising Prompts.
