Persistence Academy

Educators and innovators, the Persistence Academy was built off of the collective effort and singular mission to spread mindfulness and meditation through the martial arts and yoga.

Established in 2016 by its three founders, the Academy serves as a both practice ground and ideology for embodying total human optimization and a true understanding of the human experience. Since its formation, the Academy has gone on to spread its teachings and philosophies to not only the local community, but the Durham and Toronto district school boards.

At present, the Academy aims to fulfill its longstanding mission of spreading mindfulness and meditation through the martial arts and yoga by further educating classrooms across Ontario on one's own innate ability to become mindful in whatever it is that they do; an outreach they call: #MEDITATIONFORTHENEXTGENERATION
