Pigsicle BBQ

Pigsicle BBQ began in 2007 as a competition barbecue team headed by Jim Williams aka 'Head Piggy'. The team won its first award the same year for grilling steaks in Regina. A year later Pigsicle won Grand Champion at Strathmore Barbecue. In 2009 Jim and the Pigsicle team travelled to the United States of America to compete internationally. He competed against 94 teams and won fourth place for pulled pork. In the years that followed Jim won several other awards for his brisket, chicken, ribs and pork.

Jim and his partner, Cyndi have broadened Pigsicle to now branch into restaurant and have intention to open soon in their community of Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
