Pilates Space

Pilates Space is Ottawa’s premier Fletcher Pilates® movement studio and Teacher Training Educational Centre. We pride ourselves in offering a positive, professional and caring environment. We teach Fletcher Pilates® - the Ron Fletcher lineage of the Pilates method. Regardless of age, body type or fitness level, our team of qualified teachers is dedicated to help you attain your best level of physical wellness. We also teach AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) and the MELT Method® and offer Osteopathy. Our studio is located in Downtown Ottawa.

If you are new to Pilates, we require that you take an INTRODUCTORY SESSION. You have the option of taking a minimum of 5 PRIVATE SESSIONS (start anytime) or an 8 week INTRODUCTORY GROUP CLASS (not restricted to the same INTRO class each week).
