What is a STONE-BAKED Pita? We take a fresh pita - not one that has been previously baked - and add your favorite fresh toppings. Then we bake them all together in our STONE oven. Your Pita is BAKED FRESH EVERY TIME right in front of your eyes. In addition to STONE-BAKED Pitas, we also make a variety of fresh, healthy and delicious foods including Mini Pita Pies or Fatayer (Beef, Chicken, Cheese, Spinach, Spinach & Feta and other varieties), Chicken & Beef Shawarma (Wraps & Platters), Dips (Hummous, Baba Ghanouj, Labneh/Fresh Cream Cheese), Salads (Tabouli, Fatouche), Grape Leaf Rolls, Kebbeh and many other items made only with the freshest ingredients. Eat in or take-home for a delicious meal.
