Plantiful Plates is owned by Michelle MacDonald. On her blog, which will soon be launched, at www.plantifulplates.com, she blogs about topics, recipes and information related to living a plantiful life. While she thrives on a plant-based, whole food diet, she encourages everyone to make any change, no matter how big or small, to incorporate more fruits and vegetables and plant-based meals onto their plates. Plantiful Plates provides meal planning services, workshops, cooking classes and a series of programs that help people who have loved ones who want to make or have made a shift to vegetarian diets, or are committed themselves to making plant-based shifts in their life.
