Power Plus Olympic Weightlifting Club is a registered not for profit (NFP) organization in the Province of Alberta. Power Plus is the oldest stand alone Olympic Weightlifting Club in Canada.

Power Plus has a long history of producing National and Provincial Champions in the Province of Alberta.

Power Plus is primarily a training facility for Olympic Weightlifting which is key to all competitive sports.
Olympic Weightlifting is the most competitive sport and globally inclusive sport with more countries competing in weightlifting than any other sport at the Olympic Games.

Alberta Weightlifting Association is the provincial sport governing body for the sport of Olympic weightlifting within the Province of Alberta, Canada. All athletes training at Power Plus must become a member of the Alberta Weightlifting Association.

If you require one-on-one coaching to learn the Olympic movements it can be provided. There is a cost for the sessions. Appointments are necessary.

Monthly membership fees are $60.00 per month.

Six month memberships are $ 330.00.

Yearly memberships are $ 600.00.

I am currently coaching this week from 1300 until 1900 Monday - Friday. Saturday from 1000 until 1400.
