Preserve Health Centre is owned and operated by Dr. Anna Dowgialo.
Dr. Dowgialo received Doctor of Chiropractic Degree with Clinic Honours from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to that she graduated from York University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. She also completed medical acupuncture training at McMaster University. When managing injuries she incorporates multiple strategies including joint mobilizations and manipulations, soft tissue therapy, individualized rehabilitation program, K-Taping, pain modalities as well as health education. She focuses not only on the symptoms but also on correcting the cause of the problem. Dr. Dowgialo is passionate about physical activity, from strength training to hiking and understands the importance of helping you get back to your favourite activities.
