Pretty Sweet is a boutique pastry catering company that combines culinary and visual arts. It was founded in 2011 and is owned and operated by Jen Frank. Jen is a qualified pastry chef who has studied under the best of the best, including renowned French pastry chef m.o.f. Stephane Glacier. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Carleton University, and a diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from George Brown College. The perfect combination of artistic and culinary skills is clearly evident in each one of Jen’s unique creations.
