Pronautic Ltd. Marine, Commercial and Residential Millwork.

Pronautic was founded in July, 2000. Its owner, Maarten Kooijman, brought with him from Holland the highest level of European craftsmanship. Integrating these standards into the company, they began production. Over the past fifteen years, Pronautic has built a very wide variety of marine, commercial, and residential woodworking and interior products. Now boasting a 12,000 square foot shop located in Sidney, British Columbia, Canada, situated beside the Victoria International Airport (YYJ). Pronautic has shipped many products internationally. Ranging from Florida, to Seattle, to Halifax, and even South Africa.

We begin our projects with a very thorough and rigorous planning process. We begin with very detailed CAD drawings, then if necessary, we create virtual 3 dimensional walk throughs of the ship, house or space that is going to be constructed. From there, the CAD drawings are either sent to a CNC machine, the builders, or both. From here the building process begins. Once the products have been built to the specifications, they head into our finishing department. This is where the colours and beauty of the material really comes to life. After finishing, the products are reassembled and then installed, or shipped anywhere in the world.
