I too, like most people in our society, found myself stuggling to make healthy food choices, make time for physical activity, and drink enough water in the course of a day. I was known for grabbing breakfast on the go and a large coffee from my favourite fast food joint, hitting the snooze button on my alarm instead of hitting the gym and feeling the mortifying effect that food and food-like substances as I call them, had on me. I fell victim to sugar, caffeine, cortisol- lowering carbs and stress. Through education, experience, support, positive thinking, and a pure desire to feel the best I have, I've been able to overcome my disordered eating, feel better and more confident than I ever have, lose weight, have boundless energy, and a true passion for life! I am happy to share my "pure life" lessons with others and help them on the road to a happier, healthier, more vibrant life!
