Pure Essence Spa Policies


At Pure Essence Spa we strive to make your visit personalized, enjoyable and relaxing. Please take a moment to read over the spa’s policies and to ask any questions you may have.

CANCELATIONS
Pure Essence Spa requires a 24 hours notice to cancel any of your appointments. We all know that the uncertainty of life does happen, and we understand that, but 24 hours of notice is greatly appreciated. If you cancel outside of the 24 hours notice more than once, we will require a deposit to be paid for future services.

LATE
Please arrive on time to ensure that Pure Essence Spa can provide you with a personalized, enjoyable and relaxing spa service. If you are late, your appointment time will remain as scheduled and end as scheduled to allow for fairness of the following client. If you are running late, please notify me right away. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Pure Essence Spa has the right to reschedule your appointment for another time.
Some exceptions may apply.

NO SHOWS
No shows will not be tolerated at Pure Essence Spa. Pure Essence Spa blocks time for you and only you during the time of booking. No shows affect the staff and the clients who are patiently waiting on our cancellation list. The uncertainty of life does happen and we understand that. More than 1 no show will result in a 50% of the service you are booking deposit required at the time of booking. Some exceptions may apply.
Pure Essence Spa reserves the right to not rebook a client.

ROCK HARD GEL NAIL EXTENSIONS
Pure Essence Spa puts a great amount of a detail and work into each and every nail set. With the amount of time that this service takes we would greatly appreciate you taking care of your new and beautiful set of nails. We will not tolerate nail biting or picking as this ruins not only the extension of the nail, but also your natural nails. This service has a base price but all fees are subject to change due to the condition, state, and damage of the nail extensions. Upgrades such as nail art and broken nails are not included in the
base price, and will require an extra charge.

LASH EXTENSIONS
Pure Essence Spa, strives to give you those lavishing lashes you desire! Due to the amount of time and detail the application process takes, we encourage clients to appreciate their lashes by following the proper care routine. Lashes should last upwards of 3-6 weeks with a recommendation of maintaining lash fills every 3 weeks to ensure your lashes are looking fresh and full. Pure Essence Spa will not tolerate picking or pulling of the lash extension as well as no mascara application as this damages the extensions. To ensure your lashes are staying in the best possible condition you must follow our aftercare instructions given out after your first lash set. Lash Fill prices are subject to change, based on the condition and fullness of your lashes. After 5 weeks, it will no longer be considered a fill and you will require a full set.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Pure Essence Spa will accept Cash, Gift Certificate, Credit, E-transfer (must be completed at the spa) or cheque
