We take email, phone, or in store bookings. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out any necessary forms, pick polish, use the restroom, and changing.
We kindly request a 24 hour cancellation policy for all individual appointments, package reservations require a 48 hour notice, and group booking for 4 persons or greater are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy.
There is parking underground, which is controlled by the Delta Hotel at cost, as well as the downtown streets.
