RadStorm

SAD RAD is a collective responsible for all-ages events, shared equipment, a jam space and a venue in Halifax, NS. Together with INKSTORM screenprinting collective, and ANCHOR ARCHIVE zine library, the groups share a space called RADSTORM (6050 Almon, Ste 212, upstairs). Meetings are every 1st and 3rd Sunday at 3pm. All are welcome.

SAD RAD utilizes a do-it-together approach to organizing and promoting while specifically gearing events towards the underage crowd and others who may not be represented or are alienated by the larger Halifax music scene. We aim to foster community building through trust, respect, communication and support. SAD RAD has zero tolerance for violence, hatred, and all forms of oppression. Our space is alcohol and drug free, community funded, queer positive, and totally punk. We encourage anyone who is interested to become a participant and help shape the way RADSTORM grows.
