Made in small batches our meals are offered in a variety of convenient options including gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free and are available in Individual, Small Family and Large Family portions.

We source our ingredients from local farms, independent businesses and cooperatives whenever possible. Our meals are made from scratch whichmeans they contain no additives or preservatives, just fresh ingredients!

We also offer catering, cooking workshops and food education.

Lia & Shana are both Holistic Nutrition Educators with a passion for healthy eating and for making it simple to eat well.
