Unlike other consultants, our experts are still active in the martial arts community, opening and operating schools, so we know everything that our clients are going through. It is important to note that this understanding does not mean that we will tolerate excuses. Not wanting to obsess over what your competition is doing, for example, is not an excuse to be ignorant of them. At REC Consulting, we pride ourselves on routinely over-delivering to our clients. This level of commitment, however, cannot be sustained without the perseverance and accountability of our clients. We take our work seriously, and need to know that you will too. Our clients need to be honest with us and themselves in order to succeed.

REC Consulting is committed to helping our clients develop the proper skillsets, attitudes, staff, and day-to-day practices that will allow them to succeed. REC Consulting offers various layers of development, providing our clients with a comprehensive development process. While our role is to mentor clients, we also expect them be proactive and engaged in the learning process. Successful school owners have to want to develop their skillsets and schools. It is they who must be the driving force behind their own self-improvement.
