Tanya Smith is the President of Red Bug Coaching & Consulting Inc based in Ottawa, Canada. As an accredited integral leadership development coach, she will work with individuals to develop/build their competencies in order to improve their capacity to achieve long term excellence, self correct and self generate.

Tanya is also certified in Action Learning (Coaching Circle) methodology. This methodology enables managers and executives to learn and use coaching skills to address the complex challengers they face in their organizations and leadership roles.

Her 25-year career experience spans the public and private sector. She has worked in leadership roles in both the public sector of the Canadian Government and in private sector industry. She has worked with and supported individuals and teams in developing/strengthening their competencies to achieve personal and corporate objectives.
