Reflexology is a natural healing art, based on the priciples that there are reflexes in our feet, that relate to every gland, organ and part of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, Reflexology can help relieve tension, stress and anxiety, along with improving circulation, allowing the body to function natually.

During the treatment:

* You will be fully clothed apart from shoes and socks.
* You will on a massage table or recliner chair
* Feedback is encouraged during the treatment, especially if a reflex is sensitive or the pressure to too much
*Treatments can range between 30 - 60 minutes.
* A receipt will be provided for Insurance Benefits
