Certified massage practitioners, Darby Mann (Cameron) and Debbi Risebrough (Bobcaygeon) work together to bring chair massage to the Kawartha Lakes. Each massage targets key tension areas back, neck, shoulders and arms wit a combined sequence of techniques including superficial, compression, squeezing, kneading, percussion and friction. Massage has multiple proven benefits some being reducing muscle pain and tension, relieving physical and emotional stress, improving sleep, lowering anxiety and blood pressure while increasing energy, immune function, circulation,focus and mental performance,and bringing relaxation and calmness!
