During this cleansing process, toxins are able to exit the body without having to work around heavy meals, sugary or processed foods. If losing weight has been more challenging than expected, the body’s fat molecules could be holding onto these toxin and preventing you from losing weight. Keep in mind that the body may require a longer cleansing period then 3 days, but no worries!
