At Renaissance, it’s all about treating our customers how we would like to be treated. This doctring is emphasized and abided by all employees. We stand by our commitment to quality. We would never serve a cup of coffee that we ourselves would not drink. We are willing to put in the extra effort. Steps are taken to ensure quality of our products. Our coffee beans have a shelf life of a maximum ten days, ensuring that only the freshest beans are in stock. Our beans are roasted every monday, and after ten days, any left over coffee beans are removed from stock and replaced with fresh beans. All of our coffees are fair trade organic coffees. It’s simple, it’s the right thing to do. Special thanks to our customers, and SFU students for educating us about Fair Trade practices.
