At the end of February 2011 Jacob Dampal and his wife Zoila Laguerta, opened the doors to O'Petit at their new location.
Jake's 17 years of experience, including being chef in several country clubs around Florida after graduating from the Culinary Arts School in Palm Beach , is clearly evident in the caliber of cooking coming out of the misleadingly modest kitchen. Coupled with the friendly services, a bright, naturally lit dinning aea with ample seating and it's own parking lot, the new location is more than welcoming.
Jake lends his success to the unwavering help of his parents, Bie and Edward Shiroyan. Thanks to Mom's skilled hands, spectacular Asian cuisine is presented every Thursday, bringing attention to a diverse menu. As for dad, Edward, he brings 50 years of experience to the table. Having been the owner of the restaurant Petite Marmite in Florida he catered to the stars and starlets of Hollywood and the mucky-mucks of Washington.
