Richmond Citizens' Association (RCA) is the civic expression of the New Democratic Party in #RichmondBC.

We are committed to bringing about positive change in our community. But we can't do it alone: we depend upon grassroots supporters, people like you who are working hard in our community to bring about the change we seek.
