Rise Up Challenge is a local event that mixes obstacle course racing and trail running to create a fun and unique experience in the great outdoors. Whether you’re the weekend warrior or just looking to get off the couch for a day, Rise Up is a race for everyone.

- Fun 5Km with 20+ Obstacles
- Multiple laps option available
- Kid's ages 12+ can race (with their parent or guardian)
- Teams of 10 or more receive 10% off
- Great way to experience the outdoors and Obstacle Course Racing

The course will flow along the natural trails and landscape of the alberta backwoods and river valley and will be peppered with many challenging obstacles. You may be swinging through the trees, jumping across creeks, climbing up stairs, or helping friends over roadblocks. Enjoy it, make memories and get a great workout in!

Race solo or work together as a team to get through the course, building camaraderie and teamwork along the way. It doesn't matter if you’re new to fitness looking for a fun day outdoors with friends or family, are a seasoned athlete and weekend warrior looking to test your limits, or simply looking to experience something new - Rise Up Challenge is for you!

Finishers of the Rise Up Challenge will receive a Medal, headband and an experience they won't soon forget.
