We love great bread, & great bread is hard to find. We believe in the art of great bread and how it can elevate your morning, your lunch, your day.

Great bread starts with great ingredients. It’s the reason why almost all the flour we use is local organic flour from Kakabeka Falls. They say “you’ll never have good produce unless you know the producers first name”...we know ours! We have even been to the fields where it is grown and inside the mill.
