The Hope Rotary Club was chartered in 1946 and has been involved in local community projects since the beginning. This tradition carries on to the present, with more new and exciting community development projects being planned. Presently, a number of parks and trails, the local Health Unit, the Hope Museum, local sports facilities and enhancements to the Fraser Canyon Hospital proudly display the Rotary Wheel as projects completed by our Club. We have also teamed up with other community groups in supporting larger projects, such as the new Aquatic Centre/Library Complex, the Rotary Deck, which overlooks the Mighty Fraser River at the edge of town on Water Street and the Rotary Clock, which sits at the community's main intersection in front of Municipal Hall.
Our Club currently has 20 members and meet every Thursday night at 6:30 PM at the Kan Yon Restaurant, 840 Third Ave. in Downtown Hope.
