Russian cinema in Canada

We take the mission to bring newly released big- scale Russian movies to Canada. We arrange the premiere on the same day with the release in Russia.

We strive to attain the following goals:
- Create an environment where our fellow Russian-speaking Canadians may meet each other, get in touch with old and new friends. A place, where non Russian- speakers cinema aficionados may access a high-quality movies and mingle with our community.

- Connect industry professionals from the former Soviet Union republics and Canadian cinema. Avoiding being put into the politics, we want to help actors, art directors, cameramen and film editors to preserve and evolve best traditions of the Russian cinema.

- Help Russian-Canadian children to not forget the Russian language. We all moved to live in Canada for different reasons but we should remember the native language, which many great writers use in their novels and many nationalities use for everyday communication.

- - We are proud that many of the films in Russian come to the world. So this is our merit too.
