SACAP/Visions/Blue Moon

SACAP is a non-profit arts and education program that serves the greater Houlton area and beyond. Our mission is to foster a flourishing arts community while creating an exciting cultural environment. We offer a space for local artists to showcase and sell their work, as well as a classroom setting for workshops and group meetings. It is our belief that through the arts we can reach across borders and create lasting relationships that continue to support the artist and our communities.
