I have designed my own method of installing extensions that has little tension on the hair and scalp so it doesn't damage the hair, no glue, no braids, no tape required.

My biggest thing when I had extensions, previously, was that they would be so tight to my head that I would have headaches for days at a time and I already get chronic migraines. I would also incur matting and the extensions would slip. We're here to discontinue all of that!
