My Name is Sarah Kowalchuk; I have been planning events for friends, family and Corporate Christmas Parties for 3 years. I’ve started my event planning business in 2015. I’ve completed schooling at Mount Royal University and received my certificate in Event, Wedding and Social Planning. I have also received my certificate in interior design. I have expanded my skill set to be able to successfully plan your event on a budget. I believe that an extraordinary event shouldn’t come at a high cost. My prices are affordable and flexible.

I cater to celebration (Weddings, Birthdays, Graduations, Baby Showers, Anniversaries etc.) Corporate Events (Meetings, Christmas Parties, conferences etc) and Other events (Charity, Fundraisers etc.)

Consultations are free! You are welcome to book an appointment; I am available for meetings on weekends and evenings for your convenience. I am also able to conduct a consultation over the phone or email as well. If you would like to move further after the consultation I would put a proposal together which will describe a detailed summary of your event, the cost of the event (broken down cost for every item needed in your event).
